Shipping Costs
  • Free Shipping: Applies to all orders with a total equal to or greater than $1,499 MXN.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders below $1,499 MXN, a shipping fee of $99.90 MXN will apply.
Order Processing and Domestic Delivery Times
  • Order Processing: Processing your order, including payment verification, packaging, and handover to the courier, may take up to 5 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once the order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service conditions.
  • All timelines are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • External factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, remote delivery areas, or situations beyond Alma Morena’s control may result in additional delays.
  • Once the order has been handed over to the courier service, Alma Morena is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier or other factors beyond our control.
Domestic and International Shipping Coverage
  • We ship to all states within the Mexican Republic.
  • For shipments outside of Mexico, please contact us at info@almamorena.mx to evaluate personalized shipping options depending on your destination and availability.
  • Alma Morena reserves the right to decline, postpone, or withhold authorization for international shipments that involve logistical risks, disproportionate costs, or transportation restrictions.

 

Pre-Order Policy
  • To provide access to exclusive products, limited collections, or items currently in production, Alma Morena offers pre-order items under the following conditions:
  • Delivery Times: Pre-order items may have longer delivery times than standard orders. We recommend reviewing each product’s description before completing your purchase.
  • Order Processing: Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available.
  • Delays: If delivery timeframes are modified, Alma Morena will notify the client with an updated estimated date or, if preferred, offer a refund or replacement option, subject to availability.
  • Modifications and Cancellations: Once the production or procurement process for a pre-order item has begun, no modifications or cancellations will be possible, except in exceptional cases expressly approved by Alma Morena.
  • Payment: Payment for pre-order products is processed at the time of purchase, ensuring the reservation of the corresponding piece.
  • Combined Orders: For orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items, we recommend placing separate purchases to avoid delays in delivery.

 

Tracking, Modifications, and Cancellations
  • Tracking Notifications: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information and the assigned courier service. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
  • Modifications and Cancellations: Orders that are already being prepared or have been handed over to the courier cannot be modified or canceled. We encourage you to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: In the event of returns or exchanges, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost, Damaged, or Incomplete Packages
  • Once the order has been handed over to the courier, any damage, delay, or loss becomes the sole responsibility of the carrier.
  • If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, or if your order has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible with your tracking number and photographic evidence so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
  • If you notice visible irregularities in your package upon delivery, we recommend noting them on the delivery receipt before signing for the shipment.
Limitations, Rights Reserved, and Disclaimers
  • All delivery times and dates mentioned in these policies are approximate estimates and do not constitute a binding commitment or guarantee of exact delivery.
  • Alma Morena reserves the right to reject, cancel, or postpone an order under the following circumstances, without any resulting liability:

          -Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

          -Areas not covered by available courier services.

          -Logistical disruptions, courier issues, or force majeure events.

  • By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
  • If any provision of these policies is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
