• Returns are valid within 30 calendar days from the date of the Shipping Order Confirmation, provided that the garment is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all labels intact. The same conditions apply to preorder items.
• All returns will be processed exclusively as online store credit. No refunds will be issued via bank transfer, cash, or deposit under any circumstance. The issued credit has no expiration date and may be used for future purchases within our online store.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@almamorena.mx and include your order number. Our team will guide you through the entire process.

In-Store Return and Exchange Policy

• You can exchange and return your online orders exclusively at STOP stores that partner with Alma Morena. You must present your Order Confirmation within 30 calendar days of receiving the Order Confirmation, provided the item is in its original condition and the labeling is intact.

Important Considerations

• Exchange or Return Notifications: Once your exchange or return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. We suggest you also check your spam folder.
• Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns or exchanges.
• Garment Condition: Please ensure the garment is in its original condition before making any exchanges or returns. Garments that have been worn, altered, damaged, or have strong odors (such as cigarettes, alcohol, perfume, or sweat) will not be accepted for exchange or return.
• The shipping label for any online exchange or return within México has a cost of $199 MXN.
